Data we process

ZazaMap is an informational directory. We do not require user accounts, logins, or personal registration. The only data processed when you visit the site:

  • Essential technical data — IP address, browser type, OS, and referrer, required to deliver the page (deleted from server logs after 7 days).
  • Anonymous usage analytics — aggregate page views, geographic country (not city), device type, click paths. Processed by Vercel Analytics (privacy policy). No personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking.
  • Cookie consent choice— stored in your browser's localStorage (not on our servers).

We use the following categories of cookies / storage:

  • Strictly necessary — language preference, cookie consent choice. No consent required.
  • Analytics— anonymous, aggregate, no personal identifiers. Enabled only after you click "Accept".

No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, no data sales, no profiling.

We process essential technical data under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating the site). Analytics data is processed under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

Data transfers

Our site is hosted by Vercel Inc. in EU-based regions. Vercel Analytics is GDPR compliant. No data is transferred outside the EEA without appropriate safeguards.

Club data on the site

Information about cannabis social clubs displayed on ZazaMap is compiled from publicly available sources: the Basque government association registry (euskadi.eus), public Google Business listings, public social media profiles, and public editorial coverage. We do not process or store personal data about club members or visitors.
