1. Nature of the service
ZazaMap ("the Service") is a free, publicly accessible, informational directory of cannabis social clubs in Bilbao and the surrounding Basque Country metropolitan area. The Service is operated by BB Internet Agentur Limited, a company registered in Cyprus (HE 421617).
2. Informational purpose only
The Service provides information for educational and informational purposes only. ZazaMap does not sell, distribute, broker, or promote cannabis or cannabis-related products, and has no commercial relationship with any listed cannabis social club unless explicitly stated.
3. Cannabis Social Clubs
Cannabis Social Clubs (CSCs) are private, non-profit, members-only associations. Membership is subject to the internal rules of each association. ZazaMap does not facilitate membership, does not guarantee access, and is not a party to the membership process of any listed club. Listings are based on publicly available information at the time of publication and may become outdated.
4. Legal context
Users acknowledge that public consumption and possession of cannabis remain illegal in Spain under Ley Orgánica 4/2015 and may result in administrative fines of €601 to €30,000. Private consumption by adult CSC members on club premises exists in a legal grey zone. Users are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.
5. Minimum age
The Service is intended for users who are 18 years or older. Cannabis Social Clubs typically require a minimum age of 18 or 21 depending on their internal rules.
6. Accuracy and availability
While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or current availability of any listed club. Club hours, membership status, and addresses may change without notice.
7. Third-party links
The Service contains links to third-party websites, public social media profiles, and Google Maps listings. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of external sites.
8. Intellectual property
The ZazaMap brand, logo, design, code, and editorial copy are the property of BB Internet Agentur Limited. Club names and public business information remain the property of their respective owners and are used here under the principle of factual reporting.
9. No liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZazaMap and its operator disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service. Users visit any listed location at their own risk.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paphos, Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws in the user's country of residence.
