Cannabis clubs in Hannover
In Germany a “cannabis club” is legally a cultivation association (Anbauvereinigung) under the KCanG: a non-profit that grows collectively and supplies only its own members, under an official permit. Lower Saxony publishes, and keeps current, the list of associations that hold one.

11 of the 11 Hannover entries in this directory come from the list published by the Landwirtschaftskammer Niedersachsen. It carries no addresses; one is shown only where the association keeps a public listing of its own, which 6 of them do.
Nobody consumes on the premises
The KCanG forbids consumption on an association's grounds and within sight of its entrance. Members must be adults resident in Germany, may belong to one association only, and each association is capped at 500 members — so visitors cannot join.
