Cannabis clubs in Hamburg
In Germany a “cannabis club” is legally a cultivation association (Anbauvereinigung) under the KCanG: a non-profit that grows collectively and supplies only its own members, under an official permit. Hamburg publishes which associations hold one.
The city's official list
17 of the 17 Hamburg entries in this directory come from the list the city publishes on hamburg.de. The list carries no addresses; one is shown only where the association keeps a public listing of its own, which 9 of them do. Associations may not advertise (§ 6 KCanG), so many do not.
Nobody consumes on the premises
The KCanG forbids consumption on an association's grounds and within sight of its entrance. Members must be adults resident in Germany, may belong to one association only, and each association is capped at 500 members — so visitors cannot join.
