Irun

Irun sits on the Bidasoa at the French border, and for its size it holds a remarkable number of registered cannabis associations — thirty-five, more than any Spanish city outside Barcelona, Madrid and Donostia. As everywhere in the Basque Country these are private associations with no public listings; entries here come from the registry.
