Private associations

Cannabis Social Clubs (CSCs) in Spain are private, non-profit, members-only associations. Membership is subject to the internal rules and invitation process of each individual club. ZazaMap is not affiliated with any listed association and does not facilitate membership.

Legal context

Public consumption and possession of cannabis is illegal in Spain under Ley Orgánica 4/2015 and may result in administrative fines of €601 to €30,000. Private consumption by adult CSC members on club premises operates in a legal grey zone recognised by case law but not by specific legislation.

Minimum age

The Service is intended for adults 18 years or older. CSCs typically require members to be 18 or 21 depending on their internal rules. Never provide or recommend cannabis to minors.

Club hours, membership requirements, and operational status may change without notice. Always verify details directly with the club through their published public channels before visiting. ZazaMap is not responsible for any inconvenience, loss, or legal consequences arising from reliance on outdated information.

Consume responsibly

If you choose to consume cannabis within the framework of a Spanish CSC, do so responsibly, in private, and in compliance with the club's rules. Do not drive under the influence. Respect neighbours and other members.
