Donostia has more registered cannabis associations than Bilbao, and a scene that predates most of Spain's: Ganjazz Art Club was inscribed here in 2002. It is also the least commercial city we cover — Basque associations run on the elkarte model, hold no public listings and do not court visitors, so what follows is drawn from the Basque association registry rather than from anything the clubs published themselves. No opening hours or phone numbers are shown because none are public.
