Cannabis clubs in Cologne

In Germany a “cannabis club” is legally a cultivation association (Anbauvereinigung) under the KCanG: a non-profit that grows collectively and supplies only its own members, under an official permit. North Rhine-Westphalia publishes no list of the associations it has approved.

Where the Cologne entries come from

Although North Rhine-Westphalia has approved more associations than any other state, it publishes no list of its own. The 13Cologne entries here come from the Deutscher Hanfverband's compilation of state approvals, the best available public source, which is frozen as of April 2026. An address is shown only where the association keeps a public listing of its own, which 6 of them do.

Nobody consumes on the premises

The KCanG forbids consumption on an association's grounds and within sight of its entrance. Members must be adults resident in Germany, may belong to one association only, and each association is capped at 500 members — so visitors cannot join. Associations may not advertise (§ 6 KCanG).
