How the law works here

German cultivation associations are licensed under the KCanG and have been able to operate since 1 July 2024. They are non-profit and supply their own members only — not retail, and not open to the public. The law also bans advertising and sponsorship for them outright, which is why so few keep any public presence.

Members only, 18 or over, and resident in Germany — an official photo ID is required to prove it. Each association is capped at 500 members, and supply is limited to 25 g per day and 50 g per month (30 g and a maximum of 10 % THC for members under 21).
